The idea include two parts

In brief, film editing based on voice cut and editing based on voice recognition feature) the idea is cut and editing the movie based on the actor or the actress voice to Montague and produce trailers or advertisement which will be an easy way to edit and cut in a short time. If we look at windows movie maker how it works it based on colours or lighting if we could add the feature of voice to it this is game changer. I know it is simple software and pinnacle far completely different and complicated but to make my idea clear.
The second idea
Or feature, if the software could go through more than one movie or film to edit and cut. Let's assume that we have a folder full of films I need to include in my editing. So the software or the feature simply will go through all the movies and cut the scene where the actor said "hi" for instance .
That's will be very hard in term of processing and rendering but that will other people concern.

Marketing perspective
The segments that might serve all TVs which includes news, movies,music channels, and youtubers.
I believe there won't be concerned with targeting or positioning, even though my perspective on this, is to target the channels first and maybe launch it to mainstream after couple years. Depends on the company's policy.
